Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns.
Each item is printed specifically for your order, which means we can’t restock or resell returned merchandise. For that reason, all sales are considered final unless there is a problem with the product itself.
Defects or Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Once our team reviews and confirms the issue, we will provide either:

A replacement item, or

A full refund
In most cases, we’ll simply replace the item so you receive the product you originally ordered.

Since every item is produced specifically for each order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.
